General Laborer -
Manufacturing

Location: Hammond, Indiana
Shift Time: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM)
We're seeking motivated individuals to join their
manufacturing team. You'll play a crucial role in assisting with
assembly, part movement, and fabrication tasks in a
manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist in assembling and moving parts to support fabricators
throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations; safety shoes
required (other safety equipment provided).
Tasks and Skills Required:
Ability to lift and carry metal pieces weighing up to 50
pounds.
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and some light air tools.
Follow directions from fabricators and shop supervisor closely.
Basic sheet metal assembly skills preferred.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Maintain good attendance and teamwork.

Paint Sprayer / Welder
Assistant

Job Description:
Assist welders by painting and spraying materials in a booth.
Our client, a small welding company, specializes in welding
trays and racks for the baking industry.

Forklift Clamp Operator

** Must have Propane Forklift Operator *

1st shift 6am to 2:30pm
2nd shift 2:30pm to 11pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $19- $20.00 **OT **

Duties:
- Operate a propane Clamp.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or distribution center
- Stack and organize products in an orderly manner
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with warehouse management to ensure smooth operations


Experience:
- Experience as a propane Clamp Operator in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Familiarity with load/unload procedures and stacking techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy

Join our team as an Assembler for the third shift, where you
will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various
components and metal products, including clutches, tractor
attachments, and axel tractors. This hands-on role requires
mechanical expertise and proficiency with both hand and
power tools. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
a warehouse and manufacturing environment, with knowledge
of quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble components based on specifications
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment for assembly
tasks
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
Proficiency in blueprint reading
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous assembly experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interactions between the internal team and the hosted platforms for the overall success of the organization.

  • Create the procedures and the specifications to follow for the execution of projects in the organization and specify product requirements for operational success.

  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, and company policies

  • Mentor team members, identify lapses, and conduct training on the job to equip staff with knowledge of developing trends to build a highly skilled department.

  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise

  • Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics.

  • Coordinate transactional operations and monitor ongoing business processes in the organization.
